Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD with code FREESHIP.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times. Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
